You must operate your Franchised Business in accordance with our Teacher's Manual and The Gokhale System. Our Teacher's Manual and The Gokhale System contain mandatory and suggested specifications, standards, operating procedures, and rules that we prescribe periodically for the operation of a Franchised Business and information relating to your other obligations under the Franchise Agreement and related agreements. The Teachers Manual may be modified by us from time to time to reflect changes in The Gokhale System.
Through your Gokhale Method Franchise you may only offer and sell those services and products that we have approved. You must offer all services and products that we designate as required for all franchisees. We have the right to add additional authorized services and products that you must offer through your franchise location. There are no limits on our right to do so.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Gokhale Method Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are obligated to offer services and products that Gokhale Method designates as required for all franchisees. Gokhale Method retains the right to add additional authorized services and products that franchisees must offer through their franchise location, without any limitations on this right.
Specifically, franchisees must operate their franchised business in accordance with the Teacher's Manual and The Gokhale System, which contain mandatory and suggested specifications, standards, operating procedures, and rules. The Teacher's Manual can be modified periodically to reflect changes in The Gokhale System. Franchisees are required to sell, offer for sale, and deliver to students only the Gokhale System in Approved Formats and any related classes, services, and products that have been expressly approved in writing by Gokhale Method and for which the franchisee has been qualified.
Furthermore, franchisees must refrain from deviating from Gokhale Method's standards and specifications without prior written consent and must discontinue selling any Gokhale Method branded class, service, product, merchandise, and equipment that Gokhale Method may disapprove in writing at any time. The current schedule of Approved Formats and requirements is detailed in Exhibit B of the FDD. This means a franchisee's ability to offer specific services and products is dependent on Gokhale Method's approval and ongoing directives.
