Who designates the times and places for the Gokhale Method training programs?

All training programs required by this Agreement shall be at such times and places as may be designated by us. We shall train you in the Teacher Training Immersion Week at no additional fee or other charge. You shall be responsible for any and all of your expenses incurred in connection with attending the Immersion Week, and all other such programs, including, without limitation, the costs of transportation, lodging and meals. You will be responsible for paying for all other training as per the then current fee schedule.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Gokhale Method Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisor designates the times and places for all required training programs. This includes the Initial Training Immersion Week and any additional courses, seminars, or training programs that Gokhale Method may reasonably require from time to time.
As a Gokhale Method franchisee, you are responsible for all expenses incurred while attending these training programs. These expenses include, but are not limited to, transportation, lodging, and meals. You are also responsible for paying for all other training as per the then-current fee schedule.
Failure to attend and participate in the continuing training programs may result in the suspension of your right to teach the Gokhale System until you have completed the required continuing training and have been re-approved. If your right to teach has been suspended, and you nonetheless offer to teach, Gokhale Method may terminate the Franchise Agreement immediately upon notice to you.
