What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Gokhale Method Franchise Disclosure Document, as part of maintaining teaching approval, franchisees may be required to submit audiotapes or videotapes of their teaching at reasonable intervals. The deadline for submitting these recordings will be specified by Gokhale Method at the time of the request and detailed in the then-current Teachers' Manual. These recordings may be submitted for peer review by other Gokhale Method teachers.
This means that as a Gokhale Method franchisee, you must be prepared to record your teaching sessions and submit them for review upon request. The specific timeframe for submission will be determined by Gokhale Method and communicated to you. It is important to stay updated with the Teachers' Manual, as it will contain the most current guidelines and deadlines.
Submitting recordings for review is part of the ongoing quality control and training process. By agreeing to this, franchisees consent to having their teaching methods evaluated by peers, which can help maintain consistency and quality across the Gokhale Method system. Failure to comply with requests for recordings or to meet the specified deadlines could potentially impact your approval to teach the Gokhale Method.
