We are not obligated to conduct any advertising, either on our own behalf or for you, in any medium, or on a local, regional or national basis. We currently maintain a website that describes the Gokhale Method and on which students can search and register for classes.
Operating, in our sole discretion, a website on which your group courses may be posted (Section 4.9);
Maintaining, through our website, a billing facility through which your students may pay for courses (Section 4.9); and

On your computer, you will store certain information in a form that we may require. At this time, and subject to updates we request from time to time, the information to be stored includes only customer names, addresses, contact information, how much the customers pay, the courses taken by the customers, and the customers' payment methods. We require you to share this information with us by inputting the information into our system in a manner set forth by us. In the future, we may, in our discretion, require you to store additional information and input it into our system.
You may not advertise on the internet except through our website and email blasts.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Gokhale Method Franchise Disclosure Document, Gokhale Method currently maintains a website. The FDD specifies that the website describes the Gokhale Method and allows students to search and register for classes.
Furthermore, Gokhale Method may, at its sole discretion, operate a website where franchisees' group courses can be posted. The franchisor also maintains a billing facility through its website, allowing students to pay for courses online. Franchisees are restricted from advertising on the internet, except through the Gokhale Method website and email blasts administered by the franchisor.
As part of the initial training, franchisees receive an introduction to the backend of the website, suggesting its importance in managing their business. The FDD also states that the franchisee is required to store customer information such as names, addresses, contact information, payment amounts, courses taken, and payment methods on their computer and share it with Gokhale Method by inputting it into their system.
