What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Gokhale Method Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to pay regular fees for continuing training programs. These fees encompass the Annual Meeting, teacher webinars, and membership in Gokhale® Active (Premium). The specific amounts for these fees are detailed in the Billing Fee Schedule, which is included as Exhibit A to the Franchise Agreement.
The Billing Fee Schedule in Exhibit A is subject to change at Gokhale Method's discretion, but the company will provide franchisees with a thirty-day notice before implementing any changes. Franchisees are responsible for all costs associated with attending continuing training programs, including transportation, lodging, and meals.
Continuing training is essential for Gokhale Method franchisees to maintain their approval to teach the Approved Formats. Failure to participate in required continuing training programs may lead to suspension of the franchisee's right to teach the Gokhale System until the training is completed and re-approval is granted. Gokhale Method may also request franchisees to submit audio or video recordings of their teaching for peer review as part of the continuing approval process.
