What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to the 2024 Gokhale Method Franchise Disclosure Document, peer reviews of teacher trainees may be conducted by other Gokhale Method teachers.

The FDD specifies that as part of continuing approval to teach the Gokhale Method, franchisees may be required to submit audio or video recordings of their teaching. These recordings may then be submitted for peer review by other Gokhale Method teachers. The franchisor will specify reasonable intervals and deadlines for submitting these recordings in the then-current Teachers' Manual.

This process allows Gokhale Method to maintain quality control and consistency in teaching methods across its franchise system. It also provides an opportunity for teachers to receive constructive feedback and improve their skills. Franchisees should consult the Teachers' Manual for specific requirements and procedures related to peer reviews.
