What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to the 2024 Gokhale Method Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are responsible for covering the costs associated with continuing training. This includes fees for the training programs themselves, as well as expenses for transportation, lodging, and meals while attending these programs.

Gokhale Method requires franchisees to attend additional courses, seminars, and other training programs to maintain their approval to teach the Gokhale System. These continuing training programs are detailed in the Teacher's Manual and may include attendance at the Annual Meeting, participation in Teacher Webinars, peer review of teacher trainees, and involvement in Gokhale® Active. Failure to participate in these programs may result in suspension of the franchisee's right to teach the Gokhale System until the training is completed and re-approval is granted.

Franchisees also agree to pay regular fees for continuing training programs and other fees as required in the Teacher's Manual or Policy Statements. These fees may include those for the Annual Meeting, teacher webinars, and membership in Gokhale® Active (Premium). The Billing Fee Schedule, which includes these fees, is subject to change at the franchisor's discretion with thirty days' notice. Therefore, prospective franchisees should factor in these ongoing training expenses when evaluating the financial feasibility of a Gokhale Method franchise.
