What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Gokhale Method's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to maintain a Gokhale Active (Premium) Membership to remain qualified to teach the Gokhale Method. The annual fee for this membership is currently $140. However, Gokhale Method retains the right to change this fee at their discretion.

The $140 annual Gokhale Active (Premium) Membership fee is due once a year. Specifically, it is due at the time of acceptance into the program and then on each annual anniversary thereafter. This means that franchisees must budget for this recurring expense to maintain their teaching qualifications.

It is important to note that while membership is required for franchisees, it is also open to students who have completed the Gokhale Foundations course. Franchisees can receive a referral fee for graduates they refer who subsequently join the Gokhale Active (Premium) program. This could potentially offset the cost of the franchisee's own membership and create an additional revenue stream.
