What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Gokhale Method's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the annual Gokhale® Active (Premium) membership fee is subject to change at the franchisor's discretion. Currently, this fee is $140 per year. Franchisees are required to maintain this membership to remain qualified to teach the Gokhale Method.

This means that while the initial investment for the Gokhale® Active (Premium) membership is defined, Gokhale Method retains the right to increase this fee. This could impact a franchisee's ongoing operational costs and profitability. Franchisees should factor in potential fee increases when assessing the financial viability of the franchise.

Furthermore, Gokhale Method states that all fees are subject to change at their discretion, and none of the fees listed are refundable. This blanket statement provides Gokhale Method with considerable flexibility in adjusting various fees, potentially affecting a franchisee's expenses and revenue streams. Prospective franchisees should carefully consider this aspect and its potential impact on their business's financial planning and stability.
