Franchisee is required to attend one Climb the Mountain® Workshop. This workshop reinforces best practices introduced in the initial training in Playbook. This workshop is offered at least twice a year and is held in-person at a location within the United States.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Focus Cfo Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to attend one Climb the Mountain® Workshop. This workshop is designed to reinforce best practices that are initially introduced during the franchisee's initial training in Playbook.
The Climb the Mountain® Workshop is offered at least twice annually and is held in-person at a location within the United States. This means that new Focus Cfo franchisees will need to plan to travel to the designated location to attend this training.
In addition to the Climb the Mountain® Workshop, Focus Cfo franchisees are also required to attend the Focus CFO Mastery Program, which consists of six 90-minute virtual sessions. Franchisees are also required to complete online cybersecurity training provided by Focus CFO during their initial training.
