What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Focus Cfo's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the All Hands Meeting is held virtually in the spring and in-person in Columbus, Ohio, in the fall. These meetings are optional, but Focus CFO encourages franchisees to attend. Franchisees are responsible for their own travel and lodging expenses if they choose to attend the in-person meeting.
The All Hands Meeting is one of several training and meeting opportunities offered by Focus CFO. Other meetings include the Focus CFO Mastery Program, which is held virtually, and the Climb the Mountain® Workshop, which is held in person within the United States. Franchisees are also invited to attend monthly local group meetings, which may be in-person or virtual, and "All AP" training and planning sessions held in person twice per year at a location in the United States.
Brad Martyn and/or David Tramontana conduct the All Hands Meetings and AP Sessions. Brad Martyn is the Managing Member of Focus CFO Holdings, LLC, and David Tramontana is the President. Both have extensive experience in business and with Focus CFO. The FDD states that the virtual All Hands Meeting is 3-4 hours once per year, while the in-person meeting is one day once per year.
