What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Focus Cfo's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the All Hands Meeting is held virtually in the spring and in-person in Columbus, Ohio, in the fall. The virtual All Hands Meeting lasts for 3-4 hours once per year. Franchisees are invited to attend these meetings, but attendance is optional. If a franchisee chooses to attend the in-person meeting, they will be responsible for their own travel and lodging expenses.

Focus Cfo also conducts other virtual training sessions, such as the Focus CFO Mastery Program, which consists of six 90-minute sessions held twice a month. Tuesday Night Training and Best Practices Sessions are also held virtually each month.

In addition to virtual meetings, Focus Cfo offers in-person training opportunities, such as the Climb the Mountain® Workshop, held at a location within the United States. All AP sessions are also held in person at a location within the United States twice per year. Franchisees are responsible for their own travel expenses for these sessions.
