What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Focus Cfo Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial training program does not include any on-the-job training. The initial training consists of completing required sections of the Focus Cfo Playbook and is conducted online. This initial training typically takes 20-30 hours to review.
Focus Cfo franchisees are also required to attend the Focus CFO Mastery Program, which reinforces specifications, standards, procedures, and best practices introduced in the initial training. This program consists of six 90-minute virtual sessions held twice a month. Franchisees must also attend one in-person Climb the Mountain® Workshop, which also reinforces best practices from the initial training.
In addition to the initial and ongoing training programs, Focus Cfo requires franchisees to participate in an 11-month Sandler Sales Training program through The Ruby Group. This program includes a Bootcamp and monthly reinforcement training and coaching. The Bootcamp can be attended either in-person or virtually. While Focus Cfo covers the cost of this program, franchisees are responsible for their own travel, lodging, and food expenses, if applicable. Franchisees are also required to complete online cybersecurity training during their initial training program and participate in phishing testing campaigns.
