Required Training which Franchisees are required to attend and successfully complete in their first twelve months after the effective date of their Franchise Agreement:

- All new Franchisees are required to attend the Focus CFO Mastery Program. This program reinforces mandatory specifications, standards and procedures, and best practices introduced in the initial training in Playbook. The program consists of six 90-minute sessions held the second and fourth Monday of each month. Sessions are held virtually.

- Area Presidents are required to participate in a Sandler Sales Training program through our approved vendor, The Ruby Group. The required program includes a Bootcamp and a minimum of eleven (11) months of reinforcement training and coaching.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Focus Cfo Franchise Disclosure Document, the Focus Cfo Mastery Program is a required training program for new franchisees. This program is designed to reinforce mandatory specifications, standards, procedures, and best practices that are initially introduced during the initial training in Playbook. The Focus Cfo Mastery Program consists of six 90-minute virtual sessions held on the second and fourth Mondays of each month.
In addition to the Focus Cfo Mastery Program, Focus Cfo franchisees are required to attend one Climb the Mountain® Workshop, which also reinforces best practices introduced in the initial training in Playbook. This workshop is offered in-person at least twice a year at a location within the United States.
Focus Cfo also requires franchisees to complete online cybersecurity training provided by Focus Cfo during their initial training, which should be completed within one week.
