What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Focus Cfo Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is responsible for the expenses related to their office. Specifically, Focus Cfo franchisees can operate out of a home office or an office that the franchisee provides at their own expense.
This means that the franchisee will bear the costs of setting up and maintaining their office space, including rent (if applicable), utilities, and other related expenses. The franchisee is also responsible for the costs of office supplies and equipment necessary to operate the franchise, as discussed in Section 9 of the agreement.
In addition, the franchisee will incur expenses related to a business computer and software, printer, mobile phone, internet access, meals and entertainment, travel, and automobile and mileage. The franchisee will also pay for their own mailings and correspondence. This is a fairly standard arrangement in the franchise industry, where franchisees typically cover their own operational and overhead costs.
