What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Focus Cfo's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Focus CFO retains the right to modify the required IT services and/or approved vendor. This means that the specific IT solutions and the company providing those solutions that a franchisee is required to use can be changed by Focus CFO.

Focus Cfo franchisees are required to maintain specific IT software, services, and support on any business computer used to access Focus CFO email or conduct business as an Area President. Currently, the approved IT vendor is C-Forward, which provides a subscription package of IT services required for all franchisees. This package includes IT software, services, and support, as well as IT support services related to email and O365 licensed products issued through Focus CFO, on up to five computers or devices per franchisee. These IT support services are available between 7:30 am EST and 5:30 pm EST, with after-hours emergency support available at an additional cost.

The cost for these IT services is $30 per pay period, which is deducted from the franchisee's compensation. If a franchisee hasn't started earning compensation, Focus CFO will work with them to cover the cost until they do. Franchisees also have the option to include Microsoft Copilot in their subscription for an additional $15 per pay period.

Given Focus CFO's right to modify these requirements and vendors, prospective franchisees should be aware that the costs and services could change over time. It would be prudent to inquire about the frequency of these changes and the factors that influence Focus CFO's decisions regarding IT services and vendors.
