What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Focus Cfo Franchise Disclosure Document, Area Presidents have specific responsibilities related to lead generation and CFO recruiting. Area Presidents are primarily responsible for lead generation and recruiting CFOs within their Home Territory and any Secondary Territory they are granted. This involves developing a client base through networking and other business development tools, adhering to Focus CFO's core processes.
To ensure consistency and track progress, Area Presidents must maintain a "Cookbook" that outlines their participation in business development, group marketing, and client delivery activities, using the standard Focus CFO format detailed in the Playbook. They are also required to develop and manage an individual "Area Plan" that includes networking contacts and business organizations. This structured approach helps Area Presidents organize their efforts and align them with Focus CFO's overall strategy.
In addition to lead generation and recruiting, Area Presidents play a role in supporting and managing CFOs within their network. They assist in identifying and interviewing potential CFOs for the Focus CFO client base and developing a CFO team to support group marketing activities. Furthermore, Area Presidents coordinate and lead approved marketing activities, potentially involving other Area Presidents and CFOs from their Home Territory or any Secondary Territory. These responsibilities highlight the Area President's role in both business development and team management within the Focus CFO franchise system.
