What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Focus Cfo Franchise Disclosure Document, the Focus Cfo Playbook is subject to change. Focus CFO retains the right to modify, revise, amend, or change the Playbook at its sole discretion. These changes can occur due to Focus CFO's experience and development of the System, competitive conditions in the industry, and other factors deemed relevant by Focus CFO.
This means that as a Focus Cfo franchisee, you must stay updated with any changes made to the Playbook. Focus CFO requires franchisees to continually review and monitor all materials in the Playbook and to comply strictly with any modifications, amendments, and revisions. This obligation ensures that all franchisees operate according to the most current standards and procedures set by Focus CFO.
The ability of Focus CFO to modify the Playbook allows them to adapt to changing market conditions and improve the overall system. However, it also places a responsibility on the franchisee to remain informed and adapt to these changes, which may require additional time and effort. Franchisees are assessed on their compliance with the Playbook, and failure to comply can result in required additional training sessions at the franchisee's expense.
