Access to the Playbook is considered Confidential Information. Franchisees must hold this information in strict confidence, limiting access to those with a need-to-know and using it only for fulfilling obligations under the Franchise Agreement. Upon termination or expiration of the agreement, all Confidential Information, including any information retrieved from the Playbook, must be returned to Focus CFO.
