We will provide you with access to our Playbook, which contains confidential and proprietary information, once you sign the Franchise Agreement and pay the Franchise Fee. This Playbook contains mandatory specifications, standards and procedures, and rules that we periodically prescribe for Franchisees as well as continually updated best practice and resource centers that each Franchisee must comply with. We may modify the Playbook from time to time. The table of contents is attached as Exhibit E to this Disclosure Document. Focus Cfo also uses the Playbook as a reference point during the Focus CFO Mastery Program and the Climb the Mountain® Workshop. These programs reinforce the mandatory specifications, standards, procedures, and best practices that are initially introduced in the Playbook. The Mastery Program consists of six 90-minute virtual sessions held twice a month, while the Climb the Mountain® Workshop is offered in-person at least twice a year within the United States. Franchisees are responsible for their own travel, lodging, food, and other out-of-pocket expenses for the in-person workshop.
