What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Focus Cfo's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Focus Cfo covers the cost of the Sandler Sales Training program through its approved vendor for a specified period. The required program includes a Bootcamp and a minimum of eleven months of reinforcement training and coaching. Focus Cfo foots the bill for this training up to the end of the eleventh month.
However, the franchisee is responsible for any costs incurred should they choose to continue with the reinforcement training and coaching beyond the initial eleven-month period. The franchisee will be responsible for 100% of the monthly costs for any continued participation. The FDD states that the cost of this instruction through Focus Cfo's approved vendor is currently $550 per month.
In addition to the training costs, the franchisee is also responsible for their own travel, lodging, food, and any other out-of-pocket expenses related to the Sandler Sales Training program, if applicable. This is a fairly standard arrangement in franchising, where the franchisor covers initial training but the franchisee bears the costs of ongoing development and related expenses.
