What does the Focus Cfo IT package include?

According to Focus Cfo's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the IT package provided by their approved vendor, C-Forward, includes several key components. Specifically, it provides an Office 365 license, granting access to Focus CFO e-mail, Microsoft Office software such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. It also includes the Microsoft Teams video conferencing platform and Microsoft OneDrive for file hosting and backup services. This comprehensive suite ensures franchisees have the necessary tools for communication, data management, and office productivity. The current cost for the IT package is approximately $30 per pay. Focus CFO covers this fee until the franchisee begins earning compensation, after which the franchisee assumes responsibility for the cost.

In addition to software and services, the Focus Cfo IT package also includes a security monitoring service for the franchisee's business computer and IT support services.
