What is the name of the online training platform used by Focus Cfo?

According to the 2025 Focus Cfo Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial training is conducted online through the "Playbook". This platform is used to deliver modules led by Brad Martyn, the Managing Member of Focus CFO Holdings, LLC, and other members of the Focus Cfo team. Brad Martyn has over 20 years of experience in the CFO services industry and 35+ years of business experience.

The Playbook contains confidential and proprietary information, including mandatory specifications, standards, procedures, and rules that Focus Cfo periodically prescribes for franchisees. It also includes continually updated best practice and resource centers that each franchisee must comply with. Focus Cfo may modify the Playbook from time to time. The initial training program on Focus Cfo's standard business development process and client delivery best practices starts with the required sections of Playbook that typically takes 20-30 hours to review.

In addition to the Playbook, Focus Cfo franchisees are required to attend the Focus CFO Mastery Program, which reinforces the specifications, standards, procedures, and best practices introduced in the initial training. Franchisees are also required to attend one Climb the Mountain® Workshop, which reinforces best practices introduced in the initial training in Playbook. Franchisees are required to attend Tuesday Night Training and Best Practices Sessions during the first year, which are held virtually on the second Tuesday of each month.
