What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Focus Cfo's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, all new franchisees must attend the Focus CFO Mastery Program within their first twelve months after the effective date of their Franchise Agreement. This program is designed to reinforce mandatory specifications, standards, procedures, and best practices that are initially introduced during the initial training in Playbook.
The Focus CFO Mastery Program consists of six 90-minute virtual sessions. These sessions are held on the second and fourth Monday of each month, providing a structured and consistent learning schedule for new franchisees. The virtual format allows franchisees to participate from any location, reducing travel costs and time away from their business.
In addition to the Focus CFO Mastery Program, Area Presidents are required to participate in a Sandler Sales Training program through The Ruby Group. Franchisees are also required to attend one Climb the Mountain® Workshop, reinforcing best practices introduced in the initial training. Franchisees must also complete online cybersecurity training provided by Focus CFO during their initial training, ensuring they are equipped to handle potential cyber threats.
