What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Focus Cfo's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Monthly Local Group Meetings can be held either in-person in your local region or virtually. These meetings are optional, and franchisees are responsible for their own travel expenses if they choose to attend in person. These meetings are conducted by local Focus Cfo Area Presidents, each of whom has at least 25 years of experience as a business leader.

The FDD also outlines other training programs that Focus Cfo franchisees are required or invited to attend. Required training programs include the Focus CFO Mastery Program, which is held virtually, and the Climb the Mountain® Workshop, which is held in-person at a location within the United States. Franchisees are also required to attend Tuesday Night Training and Best Practices Sessions, which are held virtually.

In addition to the Monthly Local Group Meetings, Focus Cfo franchisees are invited to attend "All Hands Meetings" held twice per year, once virtually and once in Columbus, Ohio, and "All AP" training and planning sessions held twice per year in person at a location in the United States. Franchisees are responsible for their own travel and lodging expenses for these optional meetings.
