Franchisees are responsible for their own travel expenses if they choose to attend the in-person sessions.

The Area Presidents, who conduct the local group meetings, each have at least 25 years' experience as a business leader.

Focus Cfo also offers other optional training meetings, such as the "All Hands Meetings" held twice per year (virtually in the spring and in-person in Columbus, Ohio in the fall) and "All AP" training and planning sessions held in person twice per year at a location in the United States. Franchisees are responsible for their own travel and lodging expenses for these sessions as well.
