What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Focus Cfo's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the monthly local group meetings are not always in person. The FDD states that these meetings may be held either in-person in your local region or virtually. Franchisees are responsible for their own travel expenses if they choose to attend the in-person sessions.
This mixed approach to local group meetings provides flexibility for Focus Cfo franchisees. They can choose to attend in person for networking and face-to-face interaction or participate virtually for convenience and cost savings. The Area Presidents, who conduct the local group meetings, each have at least 25 years' experience as a business leader.
The option to attend virtually can be particularly beneficial for franchisees in more remote areas or those who prefer to minimize travel. However, franchisees should consider the potential benefits of in-person attendance, such as building stronger relationships with other franchisees and the Area President. Ultimately, the choice of whether to attend in-person or virtually will depend on the individual franchisee's preferences and circumstances.
Focus Cfo also offers other optional training meetings, such as the "All Hands Meetings" held twice per year (virtually in the spring and in-person in Columbus, Ohio in the fall) and "All AP" training and planning sessions held in person twice per year at a location in the United States. Franchisees are responsible for their own travel and lodging expenses for these sessions as well.
