What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Focus Cfo's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to participate in the Sandler Sales Training program. The cost for this program ranges from $0 to $550 per month. Focus Cfo covers the cost of the program for a minimum of eleven months of reinforcement training and coaching through their approved vendor.
After the initial eleven months, if a franchisee chooses to continue participating in the reinforcement training and coaching, they will be responsible for 100% of the monthly costs. In addition to the monthly fees, franchisees are also responsible for covering their own travel, lodging, food, and any other out-of-pocket expenses associated with the training.
