According to Focus Cfo's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Microsoft Copilot fee is collected from franchisees who elect to include it in their IT subscription. The cost for this option is $15 per pay period. This fee, along with the required IT Services Fee, is deducted directly from the franchisee's compensation each pay period.
For new Focus Cfo franchisees who have not yet started earning compensation, Focus CFO offers to cover the cost of the Microsoft Copilot subscription until they begin to receive compensation. This arrangement helps alleviate the financial burden on franchisees during their initial startup phase.
This payment structure ensures that Focus Cfo franchisees have access to essential IT services and the option to utilize Microsoft's AI platform, Copilot, while managing the costs through direct deductions from their earnings. This approach aligns the cost of these services with the franchisee's revenue generation, providing a practical and manageable payment plan.
