What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 FDD, Focus Cfo has the right to assess a franchisee's compliance with the franchise agreement, the Focus Cfo System, and the Playbook. This assessment can be conducted at any time, with or without prior notice to the franchisee.

To evaluate compliance, Focus Cfo may review a franchisee's activity reports, analyze Focus Cfo's performance metrics, and conduct interviews with contacts. The franchisee is obligated to fully cooperate with Focus Cfo during any such assessment.

If Focus Cfo determines that a franchisee's assessment is unsatisfactory, the franchisee may be required to attend additional training sessions at their own expense.
