Franchisees are required to attend the Focus CFO Mastery Program. According to Focus Cfo's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Focus CFO Mastery Program sessions are held virtually. The Focus CFO Mastery Program consists of six 90-minute sessions. These sessions are scheduled to take place on the second and fourth Monday of each month.
