Franchisees are required to attend the Focus CFO Mastery Program. This program reinforces mandatory specifications, standards and procedures, and best practices introduced in the initial training in Playbook. The program consists of six 90-minute sessions held the second and fourth Monday of each month. Sessions are held virtually.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Focus Cfo Franchise Disclosure Document, the Focus Cfo Mastery Program is a required training program for franchisees. This program is designed to reinforce the mandatory specifications, standards, procedures, and best practices that are initially introduced in the Playbook during the initial training. The Playbook contains confidential and proprietary information.
The Focus Cfo Mastery Program consists of six 90-minute sessions. These sessions are held virtually on the second and fourth Mondays of each month. Matt Cooksey, Vice President of Community, and David Bourke, Director of CFO Support, along with various Area President Coaches and CFO Support Team Coaches, co-lead the Focus CFO Mastery Program.
In addition to the Focus Cfo Mastery Program, franchisees are also required to attend one Climb the Mountain® Workshop, which also reinforces best practices from the initial training in the Playbook. This workshop is offered in-person at a location within the United States at least twice a year. Franchisees are responsible for their own travel, lodging, food, and other out-of-pocket expenses for this training program, if applicable.
