What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Focus Cfo's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial training program includes 20-30 hours of classroom training, which is conducted online. This initial training involves completing required sections of the Focus CFO Playbook. Franchisees must complete this training within two weeks of signing the Franchise Agreement.
In addition to the initial training, Focus Cfo franchisees are required to attend the Focus CFO Mastery Program, which consists of six 90-minute virtual sessions held twice a month. Franchisees must also attend one in-person Climb the Mountain® Workshop, which is 8-10 hours over 2 days.
Focus Cfo also requires franchisees to attend Tuesday Night Training and Best Practices Sessions during their first year, which are 60-minute virtual sessions held monthly. Furthermore, franchisees must complete online cybersecurity training and may need to complete additional training if they fail phishing tests. Focus Cfo also provides a Sandler Sales Training program that includes a Bootcamp and ongoing reinforcement training.
