What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Focus Cfo's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial training program includes 20-30 hours of classroom training, which is conducted online. This initial training involves completing required sections of the Focus Cfo Playbook. Franchisees must complete this initial training within two weeks of signing the Franchise Agreement.
In addition to the initial training, Focus Cfo requires franchisees to attend the Focus CFO Mastery Program, which consists of six 90-minute virtual sessions held twice a month. Franchisees must also attend one Climb the Mountain® Workshop, an in-person event held at least twice a year, with 8-10 hours of training over 2 days.
Focus Cfo also mandates participation in Tuesday Night Training and Best Practices Sessions, which are 60-minute virtual sessions held monthly during the first year. Furthermore, franchisees must complete online cybersecurity training, with potential for additional training if they fail phishing tests. These ongoing training programs ensure franchisees stay updated with best practices and standards within the Focus Cfo system.
