According to the 2025 Focus Cfo Franchise Disclosure Document, the Sandler Sales Training program includes 16 hours of Bootcamp. This Bootcamp serves as the kickoff to the 11-month reinforcement training program.

The Bootcamp can be completed either in-person over two days in Columbus, OH, or virtually through four half-day sessions spread over two weeks. Following the Bootcamp, franchisees engage in 90 minutes of virtual reinforcement training each week for 11 months. This ongoing training is supplemented by monthly one-on-one coaching sessions with a Sandler coach.

Focus Cfo covers the cost of the Sandler Sales Training program, but franchisees are responsible for travel, lodging, food, and other related expenses if they choose the in-person Bootcamp option. Franchisees also bear the cost if they elect to continue the reinforcement training beyond the initial 11-month period, which is currently negotiated at $550 per month. The Sandler Sales Training is conducted by The Ruby Group, a franchisee of Sandler Systems, Inc.
