What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Focus Cfo Franchise Disclosure Document, Focus Cfo offers back office administrative support resources to franchisees, including client service agreement preparation, billing, and collections. However, Focus Cfo does not provide general secretarial support; franchisees needing this type of assistance will need to secure it at their own expense.

Focus Cfo also provides initial training on the Focus Cfo standard business development process and client delivery best practices. This initial training program starts with the franchisee completing required sections of Focus Cfo's Playbook, which can be accessed and completed remotely. After completing the required sections, a representative of Focus Cfo will meet with the franchisee to review the material.

Focus Cfo also provides additional training sessions where franchisees interact with other Area President franchisees and CFO licensees in the form of Q&A sessions to reinforce the business development and client delivery processes covered in the initial training. Franchisees are responsible for any travel and lodging expenses, if applicable. Focus Cfo also provides the opportunity to participate in a coordinated business development effort for networking with referral partners and developing new clients, as well as the opportunity to receive best practice tips and guidance to assist with business development activities.
