According to the 2025 Focus Cfo Franchise Disclosure Document, the in-person All Hands Meeting is held in Columbus, Ohio. This meeting takes place once a year in the fall. Franchisees are also invited to attend All Hands Meetings held virtually in the spring.
Focus Cfo invites franchisees to attend the All Hands Meetings twice per year, but attendance is optional. If a franchisee chooses to attend the in-person meeting in Columbus, Ohio, they will be responsible for their own travel and lodging expenses.
In addition to the All Hands Meetings, Focus Cfo also holds All AP training and planning sessions twice a year at a location within the United States.
