What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Focus Cfo's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial training is conducted online through the Playbook. This initial training requires approximately 20-30 hours to complete. The modules are led by Brad Martyn, the Managing Member of Focus CFO Holdings, LLC, and other members of the Focus CFO team.
In addition to the initial online training, Focus Cfo franchisees are required to attend the Focus CFO Mastery Program, which consists of six 90-minute virtual sessions held twice a month. Franchisees must also attend one Climb the Mountain® Workshop, which is held in person at a location within the United States at least twice a year.
Focus Cfo also requires franchisees to attend Tuesday Night Training and Best Practices Sessions virtually during their first year, as well as complete online cybersecurity training. Furthermore, franchisees are expected to participate in an 11-month Sandler Sales Training program, which includes a Bootcamp offered either in-person in Columbus, OH, or virtually, followed by weekly reinforcement training and monthly coaching sessions.
