What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Focus Cfo's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee is granted a specific geographic region in which to operate their franchised business. This area extends seventy-five (75) miles in radius from the franchisee's business address. However, Focus Cfo's approval of a specific site within this territory is not required, meaning the franchisee has some flexibility in choosing their exact business location within the designated area.
This geographic radius provides a defined territory where a Focus Cfo franchisee can focus their marketing and business development efforts. The 75-mile radius could encompass a significant population and number of potential clients, offering a substantial opportunity for growth. The flexibility in choosing a specific site within the territory allows the franchisee to select a location that best suits their business needs and preferences.
It's important to note that while Focus Cfo grants this geographic region, they do not provide assistance in selecting an office, obtaining permits, or handling any construction or remodeling of the premises. This means the franchisee is responsible for independently managing these aspects of setting up their physical business location. Prospective franchisees should consider these factors and associated costs when evaluating the overall investment and operational requirements of a Focus Cfo franchise.
