What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Focus Cfo Franchise Disclosure Document, Focus Cfo grants franchisees a specific geographic region in which to operate. This area extends seventy-five (75) miles in radius from the franchisee's business address. However, Focus CFO's approval of a specific site within this territory is not guaranteed.
This means that as a Focus Cfo franchisee, you are granted an exclusive territory of a 75-mile radius around your business address. This provides a defined geographic area where you can focus your marketing and business development efforts. However, the FDD also states that Focus Cfo does not provide assistance in selecting an office, obtaining permits, or constructing/remodeling the premises. This implies the franchisee is responsible for finding a suitable location within the approved territory.
It's important to note that while Focus Cfo grants this geographic region, approval of a specific site within that territory is not guaranteed. This suggests that Focus Cfo may have certain criteria or standards for the location of the franchisee's business. A prospective franchisee should clarify with Focus Cfo the specific criteria used to approve a business location within the 75-mile radius to ensure their chosen site meets the franchisor's requirements.
