Focus CFO will not enter into contracts with businesses or organizations that engage in activities that are not in harmony with the ethical standards of Focus CFO, requesting service outside Focus CFO's identified scope of services or will injure the quality of the Focus CFO Marks.

14.2.2. All advertising by Franchisee shall be factually accurate and in good taste (in the judgment of Focus CFO) and shall conform to the highest standards of ethical advertising;
14.2.3. Franchisee agrees to refrain from any advertising practice that may be injurious to the business of Focus CFO and the goodwill associated with the Focus CFO Marks
