What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Focus Cfo's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, attendance at the 'All AP' training and planning sessions is not mandatory. The FDD states that franchisees are invited to attend these sessions, which are held twice per year in person at a location in the United States. If a franchisee chooses to attend, they are responsible for covering their own travel expenses.
In addition to the 'All AP' sessions, Focus Cfo also invites franchisees to attend 'All Hands Meetings' held twice per year (virtually in the spring and in-person in Columbus, Ohio in the fall) and monthly local group meetings, which may be in-person or virtual. Again, attendance at these meetings is optional, and franchisees are responsible for their own travel and lodging expenses if they choose to participate.
While these 'All AP' training and planning sessions are not required, Focus Cfo franchisees must complete other training programs. This includes the initial training program, Focus CFO Mastery Program, and one Climb the Mountain® Workshop. Franchisees are also required to attend Tuesday Night Training and Best Practices Sessions during their first year and complete online cybersecurity training.
