According to Focus Cfo's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee must comply with all provisions of the Franchise Agreement to be eligible for renewal. Specifically, Section 2.3 outlines the requirements for renewal or extension of the franchise term.
To renew the franchise, the franchisee must meet several conditions. These include executing general releases, complying with all provisions of the Franchise Agreement, and satisfying all Performance Standards as detailed in Attachment E of the Franchise Agreement. Additionally, the franchisee must not be in default of any provisions within the Franchise Agreement or any other agreement with Focus CFO.
Focus CFO also reserves the right to require the franchisee to sign a new Franchise Agreement, which may contain materially different terms and additional training and certification requirements. A renewal fee of $2,500 is required to be paid by the franchisee to renew their franchise.
