What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Focus Cfo Franchise Disclosure Document, all franchisees must purchase Sandler Sales Training from The Ruby Group. The Ruby Group is Focus CFO's approved vendor for this training program.

Focus CFO requires this training to ensure franchisees receive standardized sales education and coaching. The Sandler Sales Training program includes a Bootcamp and a minimum of eleven months of reinforcement training and coaching. Area Presidents are expected to begin this program within 120 days of signing the Franchise Agreement.

Focus CFO covers the cost of the Sandler Sales Training program for the initial eleven months of reinforcement training and coaching. However, if a franchisee chooses to continue the training beyond this period, they will be responsible for 100% of the monthly costs, which are currently $550 per month. Franchisees are also responsible for their own travel, lodging, food, and other out-of-pocket expenses, if applicable, for any in-person training sessions.

Focus CFO does not allow franchisees to contract with alternative suppliers for the required IT services and sales training. This restriction ensures consistency and quality in the services and training provided to franchisees, maintaining brand standards and operational efficiency.
