What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Focus Cfo Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee can find the performance standards they are responsible for meeting in Attachment E of the Franchise Agreement. Focus Cfo also has the right to modify the provisions of Attachment E, providing 30 days prior written notice to the franchisee.
The FDD specifies that franchisees are expected to meet the performance standards outlined in Attachment E. If a franchisee fails to meet any of these standards, and the failure continues after receiving thirty (30) days' notice from Focus Cfo, or if the franchisee accumulates three (3) violations of any individual or combination of these standards during the term of the agreement, Focus Cfo has the right to terminate the agreement.
The performance standards outlined in Attachment E include complying with Focus Cfo's policies as outlined in the Playbook, participating in at least 75% of the total required training sessions held by Focus Cfo, consistently demonstrating and abiding by Focus Cfo's Core Values, regularly collaborating with other Area Presidents and CFOs, demonstrating an ability to follow Focus CFO's core processes and procedures, not being negligent in the performance of duties, and following the policies or directives of Focus Cfo.
