What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Focus Cfo's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee begins paying the IT Services Fee once they start earning compensation. Prior to earning compensation, Focus CFO covers this fee. The IT Services Fee covers an IT package provided by C-Forward, Focus CFO's approved vendor. This package includes an Office 365 license with access to Focus CFO e-mail, Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft OneDrive. It also includes security monitoring and IT support services, as detailed in Attachment G of the Franchise Agreement.

The current IT Services Fee is approximately $30 per pay. This fee is subject to change, as Focus CFO may modify the IT services and vendor periodically. The franchisee is responsible for paying the then-current fee per pay once they start earning compensation.

This arrangement is beneficial for new Focus CFO franchisees as it reduces their initial financial burden. However, franchisees should be prepared to incorporate this ongoing IT Services Fee into their budget once they begin generating revenue. It is important to stay informed about any potential changes to the IT services, vendor, or fee amount, as Focus CFO retains the right to make such changes.
