What is the format of the Focus Cfo Tuesday Night Training and Best Practices Sessions?

According to the 2025 Focus Cfo Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to attend Tuesday Night Training and Best Practices Sessions during their first year. These sessions are 60 minutes long and occur virtually on the second Tuesday of each month.

This mandatory training is designed to provide ongoing support and best practices to new Focus Cfo franchisees as they begin operating their businesses. The virtual format allows franchisees to participate from any location, removing the need for travel during these sessions.

Focus Cfo also provides additional training opportunities, such as "All Hands Meetings," "All AP Sessions," and monthly local group meetings, which may be in-person or virtual. While attendance at the Tuesday Night Training is mandatory for the first year, these other sessions are optional or encouraged, offering flexibility for franchisees to engage in further learning and networking.
