All Franchisees are invited to attend "All Hands Meetings," held twice per year. This meeting is held in the spring virtually and in the fall in-person in Columbus, Ohio. Franchisees will be responsible for their own travel and lodging expenses.

According to the 2025 Focus Cfo Franchise Disclosure Document, Focus Cfo invites all franchisees to attend "All Hands Meetings" twice per year. The spring meeting is held virtually, while the fall meeting is held in person in Columbus, Ohio.
