What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Focus Cfo's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the company may offer discounts on the initial franchise fee in certain situations. The standard initial franchise fee is $35,000, which includes a $17,000 franchise payment and an $18,000 training fee.
Focus Cfo has, in the past, decreased the franchise fee for new franchisees during periods of significant geographic expansion. While Focus Cfo intends to apply the franchise fee uniformly, the document states that similar discounts may be offered in the future.
Prospective franchisees should inquire directly with Focus Cfo about the availability of any discounts on the initial franchise fee, as these are not guaranteed and may depend on specific circumstances or company strategies at the time of purchase. This is a fairly standard practice in franchising, where franchisors sometimes use fee reductions as incentives for growth.
