What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Focus Cfo's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, there have been limited circumstances where Focus Cfo has decreased the franchise fee for new franchisees. This occurred when Focus Cfo was concentrating on significantly expanding its geographic footprint. The standard franchise fee is $35,000, which includes a $17,000 payment to obtain the franchise and an $18,000 one-time training fee. Focus Cfo does not finance the franchise fee.
While Focus Cfo intends to apply the franchise fee uniformly, the document indicates that similar discounts may be offered in the future. This suggests that the initial franchise fee is potentially negotiable under certain conditions, particularly those that benefit Focus Cfo's strategic goals, such as geographic expansion.
Prospective franchisees should inquire about the specific conditions under which a discount on the franchise fee might be available. Understanding these conditions can help franchisees plan their investment and potentially negotiate more favorable terms, especially if their circumstances align with Focus Cfo's strategic objectives.
