Franchisee is required to attend, and successfully complete certain training programs as set forth in Attachment C.

Franchisee is also encouraged to attend other optional training opportunities recommended by Focus CFO, which are also set forth in Attachment C.

ATTACHMENT C TO THE FRANCHISE AGREEMENT

FRANCHISEE TRAINING REQUIREMENTS (EFFECTIVE AS OF APRIL 15, 2025)

Focus CFO has the right to modify the provisions of this Training Policy upon 30 days prior written notice.

After Franchisee has completed their initial training, as defined in Section 6.1 of the Agreement, to Focus CFO's satisfaction, Franchisee is expected to complete other required training and will also have access to other additional training resources that the Franchisee is strongly encouraged they take advantage of. If Franchisee is not satisfying the Area President Responsibilities and/or Performance Standards to Focus CFO's satisfaction, Franchisee may be required to perform additional training at Franchisee's own cost and expense.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Focus Cfo Franchise Disclosure Document, details regarding both required and optional training programs for franchisees are outlined in Attachment C to the Franchise Agreement. After completing the initial training, franchisees are expected to complete other required training and will also have access to additional training resources that they are strongly encouraged to utilize.

Focus Cfo requires new franchisees to attend the Focus CFO Mastery Program, participate in a Sandler Sales Training program (for Area Presidents), attend one Climb the Mountain® Workshop, complete online cybersecurity training, and attend Tuesday Night Training and Best Practices Sessions during their first year. Ongoing training that Focus Cfo encourages franchisees to take advantage of includes attending "All Hands Meetings", "All AP" training and planning sessions (for Area Presidents), monthly local group meetings, and outside training to become a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA).

If a Focus Cfo franchisee fails to meet Area President responsibilities or performance standards, they may be required to undergo additional training at their own expense. Focus CFO retains the right to modify the provisions of the Training Policy, providing 30 days' prior written notice.
